JOSI's daily operations are mainly supported by the Industrial Engineering Department of Engineering Faculty at Universitas Andalas. Our office and equipment are provided by the department at level 3 of the department's building.
JOSI also constantly supported by Universitas Andalas' management, especially Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT Development Unit) in maintaining our IT needs being an online journal.
